A member has placed an order but it is missing.


There are several reasons why an order may be missing:

  • If the member is a participant of a storefront program, the order may have been reverted due to a communication error with the third party point bank. 
    • Common communication issues include:
      • Timeouts with the partner's APIs.
      • Unable to verify the member's point balance via the member details API.
      • Incorrect order response payload from the partner's order details API.
  • When a travel or event ticket order is placed but encounters a communication issue with the real time vendor, the order is reverted.
  • If the partner does not have sufficient funds in their float balance, travel and event orders will fail until it has been replenished.
