Why are the terms and conditions not loading during checkout?
The following steps are required to enable terms and conditions at checkout:
- In the silo, navigate to the program details and enable the flag "Require Terms & Conditions."
- The option "I agree with the Terms & Conditions" will now be visible during checkout.
- Clicking on "I agree with the Terms & Conditions" will display new page that needs to be populated.
- To populate the custom page for the terms and conditions, login as an admin user and navigate to Admin Home> Program Setup> Page Editor
- Create a new page with the external ID of "checkout terms and conditions."
- If you wish to insert your own text, you can update it using the language editor by searching for the phrase "I agree with the %TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_LINK%".
- Here you can populate text and remove the link to the custom page
